Who are we?
Globalsyde was born from the experience of its consultants in numerous projects in the field of commercial management and business operations in different energy trading companies.
It is currently made up of a multidisciplinary and international team of experts in technology and in the gas and electricity business, with years of experience accumulated in leading clients in the sector.
There are several factors that converge in the birth and development of Globalsyde. On the one hand, the pressing need for automation in the operation of the electricity and gas business; and on the other, the paradigm shift in current business models, which are increasingly oriented towards the provision of consumable services under subscription, rather than large customised implementation projects for a single actor.
In accordance with this, and backed by our experience both in the world of technological development and in the knowledge of the energy business, we are committed to a different approach to a customer who demands flexibility and self-service. This is how we develop our products for gas and electricity, always guaranteeing regulatory compliance in a sector shaken by continuous regulatory changes.
Globalsyde is a cloud service software platform (SaaS) accessed on a monthly subscription basis. Its objective is to streamline and automate the processes involved in the operation and commercialisation of energy. Specifically, it includes a commercial back-office management module, “Argentia”, and another for logistics and balance sheet management. and another for logistics management and gas balancing, “Pioneer”.

Past, present and future
Globalsyde was born under the Globaleris brand name as a product initiative within the NTT DATA group, one of the world’s leading technology service providers. Its ambition from the outset was to make it easier for energy traders to manage their business through automation and efficient operations in Europe.
At the time when the evolution of the product led to the search for external investment, the integration as a new organisation within the Invesyde group arose, differentiating itself from other candidates from the outset through complementarity in the business – gas and electricity -, knowledge of the sector, its recognition in the market and a management model that values people above all else.
The Invesyde Group, founded in 2004, has a long history, experience and recognition within the Spanish electricity sector. It also has a strong R&D vocation and a professional model based on a direct, personalised and trusting relationship with each client. In addition, the group has a strong academic background dedicated to research and studies on policy coherence and development, as well as to the execution of international cooperation projects for development.
With the incorporation of Globaleris into the Invesyde Group, the organisation is renamed Globalsyde. For Globaleris, this change represents a major commitment to growth and expansion, with a high degree of autonomy within the group for the execution of its activities. At the same time, it reinforces the value offer of the group by providing a product offer and a differential knowledge of the business in Europe.
